In 2013, the average education debt per graduating dental school senior was $215,145. 

The Federal Student Loan Refinancing Act, S. 1066. S. 1066 enables dental school graduates to consolidate or refinance their Direct Unsubsidized Stafford Loans (and/or Federal Direct Consolidation Loans) at a fixed rate of 4.0 percent.
