I’ve spent the last few months looking for and reading blogs written by dentists. Unfortunately, they are hard to find, and I have not found very many.

The blogs that are updated regularly have been added to my news aggregation website. You can view them at DentalNews.us

I stumbled across a handful of blogs that have been abandoned; needless to say, they did not make the list (I may link to them in a future post about abbandoned dental blogs).

Here are the best blogs I found (in no particular order):

You may not agree with him, but Mike (aka the Dental Warrior®) speaks his mind and posts regularly and often to his blog at: TheDentalWarrior.com

Dr. Dean Brandon (Cyber Dentist) writes a pediatric dentistry blog that he updates often here: Cyber Dentist

Dr. Spindel has a great blog where he regularly shares tips and insights into a variety of dental topics, from the monitors you use to view xrays to repairing abfractions. You can find Dr. Spindel’s blog at: Ask Dr. Spindel

The Academy of General Dentists has a great blog called “The Daily Grind”. It features a variety of topics, all written by guest authors. You can read this blog at: The Daily Grind

Dr. Chris Salierno blogs as “The Curious Dentist”. You can read Dr. Salierno’s posts about clinical dentistry and practice management at: The Curious Dentist

Dr. Alan Mead writes as “The Blogging Dentist”. Dr. Mead’s posts are well written, entertaining, and informative. You can read his blog at” The Blogging Dentist
